Situated in the Village of Menands, 80 Broadway is a 89,900 SF, single-story office building. Just minutes from downtown Albany, the site is easily accessed from anywhere in the Capital Region via Interstate 787 and NYS Route 32. The site is located on the public transportation line and has ample parking with approximately 1,000± spaces.

Purchased in 2018, Columbia Development converted and renovated 80 Broadway to Class A office space. The building now offers tall ceilings, open floor plans, private offices, conference rooms, large open areas, training rooms and secured entries. Fit up of the space was completed Summer 2020 and is now occupied by NYS agencies.

 

Built c. 1950s, the former two-building complex at 80 Broadway was originally constructed and developed as a retail strip center (main building) and two-screen movie theater (demolished annex). The property was part of what is now the Mid City Shopping Center (former Woolworth anchor). All structures were converted for office use with ancillary storage during the early 1980s and later remodeled as part of a lease renewal in 2004. The site remained relatively unchanged since that time and had been underutilized for years.
