This two-story, 70,000 square foot Class A medical office building for Crystal Run Healthcare was completed on July 18, 2016. This multi-specialty medical facility is located in the Town of Clarkstown in Rockland County, New York. The innovative design of the building was adapted from the Everett Clinic in Smokey Point, Seattle, WA, using LEAN principles to promote patient safety, functionality, efficiency and service excellence. This facility provides access to more than 40 specialty groups and offers urgent care services to the surrounding communities.
