This two-story, 66,000 square foot, Class A medical office building for Crystal Run Healthcare was completed July 2015. The facility is located in the Town of Newburgh on Route 300. This medical facility is the region’s most innovative medical facility.

This facility provides access to more than 40 specialty groups and offers urgent care services to the surrounding communities. The innovative design of the building which was adapted from the Everett Clinic in Smokey Point, Seattle, WA, using LEAN principles to promote patient safety, functionality, efficiency and service excellence. Construction of this facility started in June 2014 and took a year to complete. This building was completed on time and budget.
