Albany Memorial Professional Building is a three-story building offering a range of services, including Critical Care, Ambulatory surgery, Audiology O/P, Clinical Laboratory, Intensive Care, Nuclear Medicine and Radiology Diagnostic Services and a Diabetes Center. The building was built in response to a call to action from the public for supplementary medical services within the community and is connected to the main hospital building via an enclosed walkway.

 

The building is a condominium structure, allowing physicians to either lease or own their unit, affording them full control of their operation. For the project to remain cost-effective, Columbia Development fast-tracked its development process, completing construction within one year. The project was completed within budget and on schedule.
