In a joint venture, Columbia Development and The Galesi Group designed and developed the Airline Corporate Center campus, a 34-acre site mixed-use site of professional office space, situated on Airline Drive located in Albany, New York.

The center is a combination of facilities, which in the plan/design phase posed infrastructure challenges, requiring unique functional elements to support the technological infrastructure needs of a high-functioning data center, while designing an attractive campus setting for educational institutes.

 

The Projects

10A Airline Drive

10A Airline Drive was one of many properties constructed after the acquisition of the 25 plus acre site. The project features a 2-story, Class-A, 60,000 square foot office space, complete with a steel frame, brick veneer, rear loading dock, keypad security entry, as well as a 270-car parking lot.

10B Airline Drive

This 2-story, 64,000 square foot building was built specifically for the Department of New York State Agriculture and Markets. The project includes a 300-car parking lot. All specs of the building were approved under the specifications and codes of the NYS Office of General Services.

12 Airline Drive

This 126-acre, 72,400 square foot campus is home to Christian Brothers Academy. The building is 1-story, equipped with state-of-the-art fiber-optic wiring, science laboratories, a media center, and lecture hall. The site includes an 8,200 square foot residence hall for students.

13 Airline Drive

This single-story, 21,000 square foot building is comprised of classrooms, lecture halls, laboratories, as well as several administrative and faculty offices.
